Leaf: ball rolled
Liquor: copper, autumnal
Palate: citrus, hazelnuts, vanilla, rose petals
Notes: This 30% oxidised oolong is grown at 1000 metres elevation on the Moc Chau plateau in Son La, Vietnam. It is a leaf bitten tea - leafhoppers bite on the leaves as they develop and this brings out a particular floral and honey flavour and aroma when the tea is processed. This Vietnam Gui Fei easily rivals its Taiwanese big sister.
