Notes: Karigane is a sencha style green tea, with leaf and stem mixed, which gives its multi-coloured appearance. Poised on the palate, this green tea has an attractive dry leaf and sweet aroma which combine for an altogether pleasant tea experience.

Boiling water can damage the delicate leaves in green tea.
It can take more than just a few minutes for the water in your boiled kettle to cool down to 80°C. Best to add some cold water or an ice cube to your cup or pot before introducing the leaves.
