Notes: Kabuse Sencha is shaded from the sun for two weeks and harvested in Spring. It is is the highest grade tea available.
Origin: Uji, Japan
Quantity: 4g per 200ml (1 tsp per cup)
Steeping time: 2 minutes
Water temperature: 75°C.
Even lower temperatures are recommended for steeping this tea however I prefer the results with slightly hotter water.
For ice tea, add leaves to ice cubes and let melt.
