This is a naturally processed tea using silver needle white tea from the mountainous area of Simao in China. The subtlety of the flavours speaks to the quality of both the tea and the jasmine flowers.

Quantity: 4g per 200ml of water (1 generous tsp per cup)
Steeping time: 3 - 3.5 minutes
Top tips: This is a full leaf tea so is best steeped freely in a pot or cup, or a well sized infuser basket (not a ball infuser). The leaves can be infused multiple times.
