These teas come from high in the mountainous parts of northern Vietnam, at altitudes of up to 1400 metres. The wild teas are indigenous to these areas. They are not actively farmed, and grow naturally and organically. The leaves are picked and processed by local tribespeople, often at several metres above the ground. The teas we have sourced are the diamonds of this region - our range very much showcases the premium end of Vietnamese tea. They should not be confused with the lower quality mass produced teas from Vietnam. All the Vietnamese teas in our range comply with the EU standards for chemical residues, which are the strictest in the World.
